Smoky eyes by definition means Smok.y [Adjective]:

smoke in color or appearance; the smoky eye.

Smoky Eyes by my definition is a sexy and sultry look worn by confident and sassy women. It is my belief that every woman has a right to spice up her life by adding a little smoke to her life.

This look became popular in the late 90’s worn by Actress’s and musicians wanting to make an impact. The smoky eye is the number one makeup request from women today. This look is not reserved for the Hollywood A-listers only!
